Politique d’expédition

Physical products

We normally take 3–5 business days to prepare and hand physical orders to the carrier. Carrier transit time is additional to this handling period.

Available shipping methods and charges depend on your delivery address and are shown at checkout before payment. Any product-specific free shipping offer is described on that product’s page.

Digital downloads

PDF workbooks and booklets are digital files and are not physically shipped. Download information is provided after the order by email or a download link. Some bundles contain large PDF or ZIP files. Check each product listing for its included formats.

International orders and tablet options

International shipping availability and charges depend on the delivery destination and product. The Amazon Fire 7 Kids tablet option in the Reading & Spelling Program is available for US shipping only.

ESA and scholarship orders

For purchases through an ESA or scholarship marketplace, follow your program’s ordering instructions and refer to your program order for delivery information.
